Multiple and Complex Needs Team
Your role as a Community Living Counsellor on a newly appointed Multiple and Complex Needs team will be providing support and actively engaging a supported individual with complex needs to live a fulfilling and increasingly independent life. Working 1:1 with this individual, each team member is comfortable working individuals with varying and complex needs while working together on a collaborative and creative support approach with a common goal and purpose.

You are a motivated and outgoing person with a passion for person-centered supports. This means you will be working with a team to support an individual to discover more of their community, learn new life-skills, and more. Your duties can include:
This specific role will involve in depth on the job training and classroom based instruction sessions as identified. CLS is committed to ensuring the Multiple and Complex Needs team is fully trained and comfortable working with varying and complex needs individuals.

Wage: Starting at $21.25 + $1.00 premium per hour ($22.25 total). Current employees will receive a $1.00 premium on top of their current hourly rate.
