About the Opportunity

Ralcomm has an opportunity for a full-time temporary (maternity leave) Sales Representative, based in Leduc Alberta.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Working alongside a team of fellow sales individuals to meet personal and store sales targets
  • Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service by helping them get the most from their device and rate plan 
  • Store merchandising and operational tasks
  • Selling TELUS/KOODO mobility and home services
  • Actively participating in team huddles and ongoing training sessions
  • Leveraging communication skills to convey the value proposition effectively
  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in handling objections and challenges
  • Utilizing Statflo and other tools for efficient tracking and management of sales activities

  • Retail sales experience is preferred

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Friendly, engaging personality
  • Computer literacy and enthusiasm for wireless technology
  • Proficiency with Smartphones and tablets
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building
  • Experience working in telecommunications (asset but not required)
