Occupational Therapist - Surrey

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join us at Restore Rehabilitation and Wellness is a multidisciplinary Sports Medicine clinic in the South Surrey/Panorama area. 

Competitive Wages: $75-$85 per hour

Term of Employment: Part-time, 15 hours per week

Location: Unit #101 - 15288 54a Ave, Surrey BC V3S 6T4  

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and family priorities as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Complete assessments using tools such as standardized tests, criterion or curriculum referenced materials, or checklists
  • Develop and implement a treatment plan for each client, based on assessment results
  • Develop reports as required

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapist or related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 12 months experience directly related to the assessment and treatment of concussion.

  • A minimum of 12 months experience with return-to-work (RTW) planning within the last three years.

  • Attended a concussion management course within the last three years.
