Pricing and Billing Coordinator

The Finance team has an immediate opening for a Coordinator, Pricing and Billing. Reporting to the Billing supervisor this dynamic position plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of pricing updates, invoices, rebates and commissions in a high-volume environment.
The key accountabilities of this role are:
- Administration of product line pricing in conjunction with the sales team
- Maintenance of price lists in a timely fashion
- Creation of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for customers
- Management and reconciliation of customer rebates and agent commissions
- Preparation of month-end journal entries
- Ensuring effective internal control procedures are applied
- Preparation of ad hoc & monthly reports
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience with Pricing, Billing, and Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks or competing priorities
- Proficient computer and MS Office skills. Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) & Outlook is a must.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize and deliver creative solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a time-sensitive environment
- Experience with complex account reconciliations
- Previous SAP experience is a strong asset
- Completed Accounting diploma is an asset
