Pricing and Billing Coordinator

The Finance team has an immediate opening for a Coordinator, Pricing and Billing. Reporting to the Billing supervisor this dynamic position plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of pricing updates, invoices, rebates and commissions in a high-volume environment.

 

The key accountabilities of this role are:

  • Administration of product line pricing in conjunction with the sales team
  • Maintenance of price lists in a timely fashion
  • Creation of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes for customers
  • Management and reconciliation of customer rebates and agent commissions
  • Preparation of month-end journal entries
  • Ensuring effective internal control procedures are applied
  • Preparation of ad hoc & monthly reports

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience with Pricing, Billing, and Accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks or competing priorities
  • Proficient computer and MS Office skills. Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) & Outlook is a must.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize and deliver creative solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Experience with complex account reconciliations
  • Previous SAP experience is a strong asset
  • Completed Accounting diploma is an asset
