EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role in a golf course maintenance department, preference given to those with more experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and good organizational skills
  • Applicant must consider themselves to be reasonably fit as this job will require some physical work.  Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of turfgrass maintenance
  • Post-secondary education in turfgrass maintenance (preferred, not required)
  • A good understanding of the game of golf, as well as the golf and turfgrass industries
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
