About the Opportunity
The Human Resources Recruiter works as a key member of the Human Resources team leading full-cycle recruitment. You will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and work from the CLS’ Administration Centre located in downtown New Westminster. As the successful candidate, you will work independently and diligently to ensure that positions are filled with qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner. More specifically your role will include the following:
About You
Your attention to detail and outgoing, customer focused personality with a "can do" attitude will allow you to succeed in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization. A minimum of two years recruiting experience in a medium to large organization (non-profit experience an asset) and relevant education is required. With strong organizational skills you are capable of managing multiple, urgent priorities. Working with an HR team dedicated to providing quality customer service for the organization, you support an open and collaborative work environment. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with your adaptable and flexible nature will support your success in this role.
