Job Summary

Centre Electric & Technology is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our growing team as Manager of the Security Division. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding a team of security professionals, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional performance and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in security systems, proven leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities in the security space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Security Division
• Manage and support a team of trained security professionals
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the division
• Oversee sales, business development, and client relationships
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of the division
• Evaluate team and division performance to identify improvements
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts
• Conduct annual performance evaluations
• Resolve internal conflicts and escalate when necessary
• Oversee general responsibilities tied to the Delta Office

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in security technologies
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven expertise in enterprise-level security systems and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with Sage software is an asset
