About the Opportunity

Adria Electric Ltd. is looking for a full-time Electrical Foreman based in Vancouver, BC, working across projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key part in leading on-site electrical crews, coordinating daily work, and keeping projects on track while maintaining strong relationships with clients and trades.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing site operations, guiding your crew through each phase of construction, and contributing directly on the tools to support progress and quality.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and working alongside crews on active construction sites, especially during early project phases
  • Coordinating daily tasks and sequencing work to meet project timelines
  • Reading and interpreting drawings to guide installation and resolve issues on-site
  • Mentoring apprentices and journeymen, supporting skill development and productivity
  • Maintaining consistent communication with project managers, trades, and site stakeholders
  • Identifying challenges early and bringing forward practical solutions
  • Monitoring quality of work to ensure installations meet project standards
  • Supporting a safe, respectful, and collaborative job site environment

About You

To qualify, you will need a Red Seal Electrician certification, along with 4+ years of experience in multi-residential electrical construction, particularly in concrete and slab work. You must also have the ability to work on-site across projects in the Lower Mainland.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Strong experience leading crews on wood frame and concrete residential projects
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings for suite rough-in and large-scale builds
  • Proven track record working as a hands-on foreman or lead hand
  • Experience with slab, conduit, and in-concrete installations
  • Familiarity with tenant improvement projects and distribution systems
  • Confidence coordinating with multiple trades and project stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills on-site, both verbal and written
  • FSR A or B certification (asset)
