About the Opportunity
Shack Shine has an opportunity for a full-time Assistant Manager to join their team. This position is based at our Cambridge, ON office, and will involve some travel to Waterloo and Kitchener, Ontario.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory on-site and in the office
- Providing on-site crews with efficient and organized job routes daily
- Managing the customer experience from the commencement of projects to ensure that a high-quality of service has been provided
- Effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles
About You
To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED, 2+ years experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Candidates with less than 2 years experience will be considered if they are otherwise a good fit.
The following will be critical to successfully performing this role:
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and consistently providing excellent service
- Experience leading and organizing tradespeople
- Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints, while providing exceptional service
- Effective organization and communication skills
