About the Opportunity

Batz has an opportunity for a full-time Sales & Operations Coordinator to join their team. This position is based at our Chilliwack, BC office. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing and following-up on sales leads 
• Reviewing customer needs, and providing advice on the best solutions
• Preparing estimates and sales proposals
• Liaising with the production team, installers, and customers to ensure that projects are following the project timeline, are staying on budget, and meet Batz's commitment to provide high quality results
• Building and maintaining good customer and supplier relationships 

About You

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED, 5 to 10 years experience in the residential construction industry, and a valid driver's license. 

The following will be critical to successfully performing this role:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Knowledge of construction, and cabinetry and counter design and installation
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to manage the sales process from creating sales materials, generating sales leads to completing customer projects
