About The Opportunity 

Pat's Auto Supply is seeking full-time Inside Counter Sales Representatives to join their teams in Fort St John and Dawson Creek, British Columbia, and Grande Prairie and Hinton, Alberta. 

This role is primarily responsible for working with their team to consistently provide an outstanding customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. This may include using your knowledge of automotive parts to provide customer's solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Processing customer orders and ensuring customers are receiving the correct parts
• Finding and ordering spare parts for customers
• Following company payment processes 

More About You

To qualify, you must have the following skills and experiences:

• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and follow procedures
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and collaborating with team members
• Proven track record of organization, decision-making, and problem-solving 

Completion of a Parts Technician ticket would be considered an asset, but it is not required.
