About the Opportunity

McCallum HVAC is currently looking for a full-time Residential HVAC Project Coordinator to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. Reporting to the Residential HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all stages of assigned HVAC design projects, including liaising with key stakeholders including homeowners, HVAC contractors, architects, and the internal design team.

More specifically, your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Managing HVAC design projects from start to finish
  • Facilitating and managing HVAC requests as requested by clients
  • Creating and executing project timelines
  • Ensuring timely execution and implementation of projects tasks and reporting progress to all appropriate stakeholders
  • Proactively identifying possible project issues and resolving them
  • Formulating and implementing the appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • Communicating with the internal design team and coordinating workflows

More About You 

In order to qualify for this role, you will need 3+ years of HVAC project coordination experience in residential HVAC systems, along with certification from the Heating Refrigeration and Air Institute (HRAI).

The following skills and experiences will be required to succeed in this role:

  • Knowledge and understanding of HVAC design and installation
  • Understanding of Ontario building codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with HVAC contractors, builders, architects, and home-owners
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage changing priorities

About the Benefits
