Your new career
We are currently looking for an Account Manager Sales Team Lead to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This full-time role will operate on a hybrid model with a blend of work from home and in our Vancouver office.
Reporting to the North American Business Leader, your primary responsibility will be creating and executing strategic sales processes, with the purpose of achieving our robust software sales targets.
Your more typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring the growth of the sales team per forecast

Coaching and developing Future Team Leaders, and Account Executives
- Driving software and recruitment services sales in the North American market, specifically in the US

Driving all sales KPIs and creating strategies based on forecast and hard data

Supporting first year team members to successfully perform in their respective roles

Facilitating innovative sales strategies, specifically in the SaaS and software landscapes

Driving ARR and overall revenue forecast

Reviewing and driving P&L results for all teams and respective business areas
- Collaborating with other teams (e.g., Marketing, Recruitment Services, etc.), to ensure successful product deliveries
