Your new career

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This full-time role will operate on a hybrid model with a blend of work from home and in our Vancouver office.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns, customized precisely with the individual client's recruitment intentions in mind.

Your more typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customizing and managing end-to-end talent acquisition marketing campaigns for our portfolio of clients
  • Analyzing and researching the market to gather data regarding industry competitiveness, salary insights, and labour market sentiment
  • Copywriting and designing branded talent landing pages, based on the client's brand identity and recruitment intentions
  • Executing active and passive candidate attraction strategies, including job boards, Indeed PPC, Social Media, LinkedIn Recruiter, email marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing avenues
  • Overseeing full recruitment campaigns with the intention to maximize impressions, views, clicks, and conversions 
  • Advising clients on strategic solutions to attract the volume and quality of applicants, with the goal of filling the advertised role
  • Managing complete campaign schedules and advertising budget
  • Collaborating with other teams (e.g., Sales, Software, and Talent Engagement), to ensure the success of every campaign

What we need from you

Scout Talent Canada's Talent Acquisition Marketing team is leading the way in the evolution of recruitment in today's digital age! We are a small team of data-driven industry experts looking to add a passionate and talented individual brimming with potential in taking their career to the next level.

We are not looking for specific hard skills as requirements. Extensive training will be given to the new member of the team, however, background in the following will be considered valuable assets:

  • Recruitment and Human Resources best practices
  • Long-form copywriting/content writing
  • Graphic design and photo editing
  • Digital Recruitment Marketing
  • Merchandising
  • HTML & CSS
  • SEO
  • Social Media advertising
  • Data Analytics
  • CPHR or any post-secondary education
