About the Opportunity
Innovation Credit Union currently has multiple opportunities for full-time Business Advisors specializing in Agricultural & Commercial businesses. These roles are available in our various city centre, suburban, and rural branches all over Saskatchewan, for in-branch, hybrid, or fully remote positions.
As a Business Advisor, your primary objective is to develop long-term relationships with our agricultural and commercial clients by building trust and delivering customized financial solutions that meet their needs.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing knowledgeable and timely advice about our Agricultural and Commercial products, services, and omni channels to best meet our member's needs, in person and digitally
- Being flexible and proactive at creating solutions to help Farm and Commercial business ventures, keeping in mind the day-to-day realities of our current and future members
- Delivering world-class financial services, growing member relationships, and building and expanding your business portfolio
- Creating and nurturing relationships with new and existing members by building trust, and going above and beyond to help simplify their lives
- Uncovering opportunities for the addition and expansion of services within new and existing accounts
- Continuously learning about our products and services, and recommending the best solutions to our clients' specific needs
About You
To qualify for this role, you will need post-secondary education in Commerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field, as well as at least 3-5 years working as a Business Advisor or Financial Advisor, preferably with agriculture and commercial clients. As we continue our digital transformation, you will also need working knowledge of Microsoft 365, experience with banking software, and have the ability to learn new platforms and systems.
To succeed in this role, you will have a continuous improvement mentality and a desire for professional growth. We will provide extensive training, coaching, and educational/personal development assistance, to give you all the right tools to succeed and continually improve in this role. You must be extremely organized, have a strong attention to detail, and be driven to create results for the members you serve.

About the Benefits
As a valued member of Innovation Credit Union, you will be awarded an annual base salary of $79,200 to $110,000 negotiable on your skills, education, and experience, plus the following excellent benefits:
