About the Opportunity

Airbus Canada is currently looking to add energetic Customer Support Representatives to our team based in Fort Erie, Ontario on a full-time basis. Shifts would be 10:30am-7pm, and CSRs would also be required to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation schedule on occasion. 

In this role, you will have your finger on the pulse of all of your customer's day-to-day needs. With your assigned group of customers, you’ll spend your days connecting with colleagues throughout the organization to collect and communicate timely information related to customers’ Spare Parts, Repair & Overhaul, and Warranty needs. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Working with customers to review & process purchase orders in alignment with their needs and priority
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather product, pricing, and availability/lead-time information in order to respond to customer queries
  • Providing routine status updates on open orders and items pending delivery
  • Managing logistics flow from order entry in the system until shipment is made available to the customer
  • Working with customers to encourage and assist with forecasting & planning of orders
  • Preparing forms and documents for rentals, exchanges, customer repairs, and returns
  • Coordinating with R&O shop administration to identify acceptable exchange units, managing customer demands, and forecasting upcoming component requirements 
  • Conducting preliminary review warranty claims for warranty period applicability, claim accuracy, and completeness 
  • Logging all warranty claims and ensuring treatment and resolution in line with company policies & KPI targets
  • Launching replacement part delivery, initiating invoicing for denied claims, triggering labour coverage reimbursements
  • Systematically logging, analyzing and managing customer concerns through to successful resolution

More About You

As our ideal candidate, you have previous experience in customer support roles, with a friendly, professional, and courteous, customer-focused attitude. Experience with technical products or in aviation/aerospace, along with possession of a College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent would be assets for this role. You have advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Suite of products, with experience in CRM and ERP systems (SAP) being an asset. You are able to take ownership of your clients and resolve issues while adhering to our quality standards.
