About the Opportunity
As one of the fastest growing implant companies in the industry that achieved significant year-over-year growth, Hiossen Implant Canada is expanding!
We are currently looking for a full-time Bilingual Territory Sales Manager (French and English), to cover our Quebec territory. This is a remote role based in Montreal or surrounding areas, with frequent on-site visits to prospective leads or existing business in your client portfolio.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting outside / field sales to represent Hiossen's products and services
- Researching client's business to identify how our solutions meet their needs
- Achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Developing territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions
- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service while identifying potential new sales opportunities
- Possessing in-depth product knowledge, being able to conduct demos, and relaying objection handling
- Attending company courses on weekends (minimum 1 to maximum 3 weekends in a month; and minimum 1 to maximum 2 evenings per month)
- Utilizing product demos and presentations to achieve sales goals
More About You
To qualify, you will need the following:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Proven sales experience in either dental or medical supplies/equipment
- Outside / field / territory sales experience
- B2B or major account selling
- A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
In addition, candidates with knowledge, skills, and experience in the following will succeed in this role:

- Impeccable professional appearance and adaptability
- Excellent time management
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, and BRM/CRM best practices
