About the Opportunity
Currently, All Roads Construction has exciting opportunities for Asphalt Paver/Roller/Plant Operators, or Skilled Labourers to join our team in Surrey, B.C. to work on sites throughout the lower mainland. We are looking for full-time, permanent or seasonal employees.
As our new Paver/Roller/Plant Operator/Skilled Labourer, you'll work to operate machines in a safe and efficient manner, drive projects to completion, and provide a great customer experience along the way.
Your other key responsibilities within these roles will include:
- Operating various heavy equipment in an appropriate and safe manner
- Consistently checking equipment to ensure safety standards and maintenance requirements are being met and reporting any issues immediately
- Working productively, quickly and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the supervisors
- Partnering with other crew members and performing additional tasks of other positions as instructed to ensure daily schedules are met
- Actively participating in job-site and safety meetings and all company-related training
More About You
In order to qualify for these roles, you will join us with at least 1-3 years of related experience, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and the ability to work flexible hours on sites throughout the lower mainland. A combination of skills, education, and experience will also be considered.

About the Benefits
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive hourly wage based on skills and experience:
- Asphalt Paver/Roller/ Plant Operators: $42.88/hr - $44.22/hr (including 10.4% Holiday Pay)
- Skilled Labourers: $38.77/hr (including 10.4% Holiday Pay)
