Your Next Career

Currently, Konkle is seeking for full-time licensed HVAC Installers and Apprentices based in Beamsville, ON.

This role is perfectly suited to a technician who is looking for the autonomy to service our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential clients.

With support of our collaborative team and state-of-the art resources, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Installing, inspecting, and testing customers' HVAC systems (ventilation, AC systems, etc.)
  • Servicing scheduled calls and tasks, as assigned by management
  • Cleaning, adjusting, and performing warranty services
  • Implementing safety assessments, invoicing & parts management
  • Keeping detailed log book for tasks
  • Maintaining detailed inventory of all HVAC parts and equipment
  • Ensuring all safety tickets are up-to-date
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
  • Participating in up-to-date product knowledge training
  • As a Lead Installer: coaching and mentoring apprentices

About You

To qualify as a HVAC Installer, you will possess a valid G2 license, a minimum of one year field experience in a similar role, and a strong general knowledge of practical residential and commercial HVAC experience, preferably in Ontario. A Certificate of Qualification as a Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (313D) license is also required.

We will also consider fourth year apprentices.

As a valuable addition to our team, you must have excellent mechanical knowledge and the ability to complete all aspects of installation and troubleshooting. Initiative and diligence will serve you well in this role, as well as client-focused communication style and superior customer service skills.
