About the Opportunity
Currently, we are seeking full-time or part-time Sales Specialists to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. This role is based out of our Oakville showroom and requires regular travel to Costco events around the GTA.
As a member of this growing team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Being a front-line product and brand ambassador for Beachcomber Hot Tubs
- Providing In-Store, In-Home and Off-Site Retail Sales support (before and after closing a sale)
- Qualifying leads and actively supporting prospects shopping for hot tubs
- Understanding the product and how everything works
- Presenting and educating consumers on the benefits of owning a hot tub
- Helping our customers make the best buying choice for their families
- Closing sales and meeting performance goals
- Travelling to different events to sell and showcase our products
- Conducting instruction sessions with clients after the sale to teach them how to use, clean, and maintain the product
More About You
In order to qualify for this role, you should have 1 or 2 years of experience or background in sales and must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

As our successful candidate, you will be:
- Competent at selling and communicating with customers
- Willing and able to travel to the different event locations around the GTA
- Available to work flexible shifts (between 8:30 am to 8:30 pm), including some evenings and weekends
- A people person with a positive attitude and a passion for life
- Driven and enthusiastic about assisting customers and helping to fulfill their needs
- Able to communicate product features and benefits
- Open to coaching, development, and improvements to achieve success
- A go-getter who understands that the sales cycle for this product is slower, but the reward is high!
About the Benefits
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, for full-time, you will receive a highly competitive annual salary of $44,000 (based on 40 hours every week) plus performance-based bonuses, along with a great host of benefits, including:

If you prefer to work part-time you will receive a highly competitive hourly salary of $21.00 per hour plus a performance-based commission, along with:
