About the Opportunity
Currently, we are seeking full-time Unilingual or Bilingual Inside Sales Specialists (English only; English/French; English/Cantonese; or English/Mandarin) to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. The role is currently a hybrid work model, with minimum 2 days per week at the office.
As a member of this new and constantly evolving team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing KFF's portfolio of accounts through effective account management and relationship-building strategies
- Communicating with customers and collecting data to assist KFF pivot innovations in products and services offered
- Growing existing client balances to maximize the client’s opportunity to collect grants
- Converting new sales opportunities through inbound calls or email inquiries
- Acting as a subject-matter expert for KFFs digital assets (web/mobile) and increase our customers' usage of these digital assets
- Achieving key performance metrics through effective account management and upselling of KFF's products and services
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects, teaming with partners to build the pipeline and close deals
- Contributing to the overall growth of the firm by growing both our client base and assets under management
- Ensuring accuracy of all transactions by applying due diligence and best practices
More About You
To qualify, you will need bilingual proficiency, both verbal and written, in any of the following:
- English and French
- English and Cantonese
- English and Mandarin
- English only
We also require some post-secondary education, and at least 2 years experience or background in account management, inside sales, financial advising, or investment services.
With tremendous opportunities for growth, you also need the following to succeed in this role:
- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving targets
- Outstanding relationship management skills and solutions-focused mindset
- Personable phone presence and experience with inbound and outbound calling
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills and outstanding listening/presentation skills
In addition, Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC), Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), or equivalent provincial license(s), certification(s), or membership(s) will be considered assets, but are not required.
