About the Opportunity
Servus is growing! We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor in our Member Contact Centre in Edmonton, Red Deer, and Lloydminster regions.
Working closely with the Contact Centre Team Leads, you will play an integral first-contact role in providing technical support, as well as the delivery of superior personalized service to Servus' network of valued members.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting members regarding technical inquiries or requests related to their online and mobile banking needs (e.g., setting passwords, updating member database, security-related tasks, etc.)
- Answering member inquiries and providing superior service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, video calls
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and engaging members in conversations to determine their immediate needs
- Providing outstanding member experience by adhering to Servus' best practices
- Identifying opportunities to match members with the right products and solutions that help shape their financial fitness
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by helping members meet their financial goals
- Providing member technical support for online banking, and other e-commerce applications
- Participating in individual, Contact Centre, and corporate campaigns while adhering to call quality standards
About You
To qualify, you will need at least 2 years of combined technical support, sales, customer service, retail banking, or related financial industry experience.
Call centre experience or post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) will be considered an asset, but not required.
Servus is open to candidates with no banking experience! We provide extensive training, coaching, and support for new hires, and we will give you all the right tools to succeed in this role.

About the Benefits
