Your new career
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit team in Vancouver. This full-time role will operate on a hybrid model with a blend of work from home and in our Vancouver office.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns with impact to create awareness around our talent acquisition software, services, and brand.
While no two days will be alike, your more typical responsibilities will include:
- Developing and deploying a full marketing strategy for each month, including product launches, awareness, and engagement
- Setting up and executing paid search (such as Google Ads PPC), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), and online advertising campaigns
- Working with outside agencies for paid advertising and projects whenever it is needed
- Managing shifting business priorities and adapting existing strategies to fit them
- Analyzing the effectiveness of strategies with actionable metrics to implement agile plans
- Exploring and introducing new techniques to improve campaign performance and/or ROI
- Managing complete campaign schedules and budget cycles
What we need from you
To qualify, you will join us with at least 3 years experience in the digital marketing landscape, preferably through agency exposure. A combination of work experience and/or formal education may be considered for this role.
Moreover, the following skills, knowledge, and experience are required:
- Web usability best practices, SEO, SEM, and UI/UX principles
- Paid marketing strategies (Google Ads, PPC campaigns, etc.)
- Wordpress
- Social advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Metric-driven mindset
- Planning and executing integrated digital campaigns
Most importantly, you'll be joining us with strong attention to detail, and deep passion for digital marketing to ensure all of Scout Talent's brand awareness and engagement are achieved to the fullest.
