Your new career
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Client Success Specialist to join our close-knit team in Vancouver. This full-time role will operate on a hybrid model with a blend of work from home and in our Vancouver office.
Reporting to the Recruitment Technology Team Leader, you'll work in partnership with a range of different organizations to help them achieve their recruitment goals. While no two days will be alike in this role, your more typical responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our clients using both telephone and email
- Problem-solving recruitment challenges that our clients might be facing
- Working with our clients to increase engagement and to ensure they are getting the most out of their Scout ATS subscription
- Liaising with our Australian team to ensure the consistency of our system and the timely and appropriate resolution of any cases that arise
- Escalating complaints and system issues to the relevant people and following up with them to ensure resolution
- Carrying out Scout demonstrations online, with the assistance of a salesperson, for organizations that may be interested in availing of Scout
- Holding internal workshops with our sales team in order to educate them on our ATS
- Implementing the Scout ATS for new clients by developing their careers page, creating log ins for their users, onboarding, and training their HR team/hiring managers on ATS use
- Attending webinars and conferences to maintain your recruitment industry knowledge, as well as keeping abreast of features offered by other ATSs and HRISs and their associated costs
You’ll be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists, as well as a robust sales team who will work with you to meet the needs of our clients. However, you will act as the subject-matter expert when it comes to our Applicant Tracking System.
What we need from you
To qualify, you will join us with previous experience using an HR Information System (HRIS) or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Previous experience as a recruiter using an ATS is considered an asset. Candidates without specific industry experience but with some exposure to software, cloud, SaaS, and tech, are also invited to apply as full training will be provided.
Moreover, candidates with the following qualities will succeed in this role:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Solutions-focused customer service
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Logistical mindset to find opportunities in process improvements
- Strong presentation skills
Lastly, your assertive nature, attention to detail, and passion for the world of recruitment will combine to ensure you offer our clients an excellent experience when using our products and services.
The Benefits
For your hard work, you’ll be rewarded with $50-55K annual salary plus incentives along with benefits including:
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and more
- Life and Long-term Disability Insurance
- RRSP matching
- A culture of recognition and celebration - including quarterly awards nights/parties, and the opportunity to attend our annual Global Gathering (an overseas trip for our top performers)
- A culture of learning and development, with dedicated in-house internal L&D team members and a commitment from leadership to enable and empower professional development opportunities for all
- A commitment to supporting each other's health and wellbeing - Scout Talent Group has its own registered charity, Healthy Workplaces, which has raised over $1m for not for profit organizations and runs global initiatives such as Tour de Office and Step Forward
