About the Opportunity

As one of the fastest growing implant companies in the industry that achieved 60% growth last year, Hiossen Implant Canada is expanding!

We are currently looking for a full-time Territory Sales Manager, covering our London and Windsor, Ontario territories. This is a remote role based in either London, Windsor, or surrounding areas with occasional travel required to our offices in Toronto or London, Ontario. 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representing Hiossen's products and services
  • Researching client's business to identify how our solutions meet their needs
  • Achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Developing territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjusting sales  techniques based on field interactions
  • Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service while identifying potential new sales opportunities
  • Possessing in-depth product knowledge, being able to conduct demos, and relaying objection handling
  • Attending company courses on weekends (minimum 1 to maximum 3 weekends in a month; and minimum 1 to maximum 2 evenings per month)
  • Utilizing product demos and presentations to achieve sales goals

More About You

To qualify, you will need at least 2 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record in major account or B2B selling. Candidates with experience in dental or medical sales will be considered an asset, but not required.

Since the role requires travel to and from our offices and various client sites in your territory, a valid Driver's License and clean driving record, is required for this role.

In addition, candidates with knowledge, skills, and experience in the following will succeed in this role:

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, and BRM/CRM best practices
