The Servus Story

It all started in 1938 when some gutsy independent thinkers broke away from the banks. The first credit union in Alberta was formed and the Servus story began. While much has changed, our values remain the same. We're driven by our purpose to shape member financial fitness. Saving, spending, borrowing, and planning should be rewarding experiences — they should make you feel like you're in control and prepared for the opportunities and challenges life throws your way. We stand by those Albertans who choose to look for potential when others aren't so sure. And why we use all our humanity and technology to help their feelings about money, be good ones.
