About the Opportunity

Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a full-time Client Success Manager to join our team in Vancouver, BC. While most of us are currently working remotely, we will be returning to the office as soon as it is safe to do so.

As our new Client Success Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing a trusted advisor relationship with clients
  • Understanding our clients’ business to develop solutions that meet and exceed their needs and goals
  • Maintaining proactive and timely communication with customers
  • Understanding the client's account activity to anticipate ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborating, coordinating, and directing internal teams to execute client projects
  • Developing and presenting reports to ensure clients understand the value of StandardFusion services
  • Working with the Sales team to successfully onboard and integrate new customers
  • Seeking and creating innovations for continuous improvement in both client-facing and internal processes
  • Sharing best practices, successes, and learnings with colleagues and peers
  • Developing knowledge of StandardFusion capabilities to maximize growth opportunities (value adds, additional services, etc.)
  • Other related duties as required

More About You

In order to qualify for this role, you will need at least 3 years of relevant work experience, as well as experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Notion, CRM and/or ticketing systems. Completion of a bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

As our ideal candidate, you are a natural relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to understand and service complex client needs. You are proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work both autonomously and with a team, to drive excellent results. Your analytical mindset, proven time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and attention to detail, will serve you well in this role. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

Above all, you’ll be an enthusiastic self-starter who’s eager to learn and keen to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
