La Rocca Creative Cakes (LRCC) was established in 1986 and we have since grown to become one of the most respected artisanal dessert manufacturers in North America. With a focus on creativity and quality, every La Rocca cake is designed and handcrafted by one of our artisan pastry chefs. We are a small company, but we pack a big punch! Our roots go back to Naples, Italy, where our family’s passion for the art of baking inspired the many original and unique recipes we bake today. In 1986, we moved to Canada and continue the tradition of offering our classic favourites in addition to new and exciting flavours that are available at thousands of food service, grocery, and fine food retailers.
