About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for multiple Servers to join our team located in Stratford, Ontario, on a part-time basis (with opportunities for full-time work during peak seasons). Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service
- Preparing the Dining Room for service (laying out napkins, utensils, glasses, etc.)
- Dictating our Menu and presenting dishes accordingly
- Memorizing our Menu and wine list
- Understanding and communicating all products and services
- Ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Following outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Completing other related duties as assigned
More About You
In order to qualify for this role, you will need previous serving experience, preferably in a fine dining environment. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills. You have the ability to focus attention on guest needs, while remaining calm and courteous at all times, and are able to work cohesively with fellow team members. Moreover, you are reliable, responsible, and professional, and are able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Above all else, you bring a level of maturity to the role, and share our passion for providing excellent customer service.
