About The Opportunity

Currently, Krell Wellness is looking for an enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our team in Prince George, BC, on a full-time basis. This role will see you working from our College Heights center.

As our new Chiropractor, you'll support and enrich the lives of patients within your care. You'll also guarantee a smooth patient experience and provide information as well as guidance on Chiropractic services through a direct working relationship with our patients and the entire multidisciplinary team.

While no two days in this exciting role will ever be the same, some of your other responsibilities within this role will include:

• Achieving patient experience and retention goals while maintaining levels of high-quality service for both new and returning patients.
• Maintaining an on-time schedule and assessing the day in advance to find schedule conflicts before they happen.
• Following a quick turnaround for patient forms and reports when required.
• Cleaning and organizing your workspace.
• Collaborating with all practitioners and front-line staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Assisting other team members when necessary. 

More About You

In order to qualify for this role, you will have a current Chiropractor registration combined with at least three years of recent experience. You will also join us with a strong work ethic. Using a proactive approach and your excellent verbal and written expression skills, you'll promote open communication. 

As our ideal candidate for this role, you'll be well versed in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks. Your attention to detail and natural ability to resolve conflict in a respectful manner will ensure the well-being of patients, team members and your success within this role.

Above all, you'll be a great listener and team player who has high standards and is eager to learn and grow within our organization. 

Please note that our strict Covid-19 clinic policies have allowed us to keep offering in-person visits while assuring a comfortable yet safe environment, and you will be requested to follow our protocols.
