An Opportunity to Bring Innovative Products to New Markets

ATB Ventures currently has an exciting role for an analytical Growth Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis. Our team is based out of Calgary, Alberta but we are open to this role operating on a remote basis.  

In this data-driven and creative role, you'll work closely with the Product Leads, Business Development & Partnerships, and Marketing teams in order to enable growth within the product portfolio of our Innovation Lab's products. This role will see you responsible for bolstering our Growth Marketing function through repeatable marketing and community processes, both of which you will create and execute against. 

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Creating and executing on innovative and strategic growth plans for our developer customer segments. 
  • Driving engagement and adoption for Open ATB and other products across a technically-focused user portfolio. 
  • Establishing, maintaining, and scaling engagement across Developer Community segments. 
  • Partnering with our cross-functional team to systematically accelerate our product's user journey. 
  • Creating and evolving the playbooks and best practices for how Growth Marketing is leveraged and measures in our early-stage releases in order to achieve growth. 
  • Assessing opportunities for enhanced engagement and recommending A-B marketing testing. 
  • Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels with our strategic marketing team (content, campaigns, socials, etc).
  • Preparing and monitoring growth-marketing budgets alongside your leader on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 
  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance data and metrics in order to assess them against product goals. 
  • Nurturing user prospects through the journey, tracking and optimizing their marketing touchpoints, and establishing a scaled-conversion campaign. 

More About You

In order to qualify for this role, you will need 2 to 3 years of technically-focused growth-marketing experience in B2B2C functions along with previous experience leveraging, growing, and managing online developer communities. You'll also have a background leveraging data in unique ways. 

As our ideal candidate for this role, you'll join us with a track record of successfully leading marketing campaigns, from seed-stage to growth, that achieved tangible results in technical user communities. Your excellent communication skills will ensure you're a strong team player capable of managing stakeholder expectations while also pitching ideas to the greater team. You'll also have experience standing up tools, processes, and frameworks in order to drive execution. Your aptitude for thinking outside of the box and your tendency for creative problem solving will enable you to recommend functional automation designed to optimize an efficient growth-marketing process. 

Above all, you'll be passionate about using data to drive creativity as you reach new technical audiences for our diverse product portfolio.
