About the Opportunity
Due to an exciting period of growth, Babco is currently looking for multiple experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in either Surrey BC or Mississauga ON on a full-time basis. Though all applicants are invited to apply, for candidates applying to the Mississauga location our preference is for individuals that are bilingual in both French and English.
As one of our new Inside Sales Representatives, you'll work to fulfil the needs of our customers and establish opportunities to upsell and grow our consumer base.
While no two days will ever be alike in this fast-paced role your more typical responsibilities will include:
- Calling warm leads on the phone and establishing a sales opportunity.
- Developing a quote and supplying the potential customer with the quote.
- Following up with potential customers and coaching them through the quote in order to close the sale over the phone.
- Following up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services they received and answering any questions they may have.
- Carrying our relevant admin and paperwork to ensure a smooth sales process for the customer.
In order to qualify for this role, you will need prior sales experience along with knowledge of automotive equipment. If you're applying to work with us in Mississauga our preference is for candidates that are bilingual in both French and English; candidates with strong skills and experience that speak English only may also be considered.
As our ideal candidate, you'll have a sales hunter mindset and will be motivated by making your way to the top of our leaderboard and meeting all of your KPIs. Your excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form will combine with your aptitude for customer service and your capability for closing sales over the phone to ensure your success in this role.
