Outdoor Festival Merchandise Staff at Boucher Playing Fields

 

Thursday 28th August 2025 - Sam Fender + special guest CMAT

29th August 2025 - Fontaines D.C. + special guests KNEECAP

 

We’re looking for Outdoor Festival Merchandise Assistants to join our Merchandise team to set-up & work at the Vital concerts in August. T-shirts, hats & tote bags will just be some of the items you will be selling to concert-goers!

 

You will be paid £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay and receive a £10 per day food allowance.

 

It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises.  Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential.  Full training will be given.

 

Due to the requirements of the location, applicants must be over 18 years of old.

Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to work at the SSE Arena as the Autumn season commences with acts such as Peter Kay, Katy Perry and Brett Young scheduled to perform as well as being home to the Belfast Giants Ice Hockey team. If you enjoy the buzz of live events & sports then this could be the job for you (NMW applies for work at this location).

National Merchandise, is the largest merchandise concession in the UK and Ireland.

 

We manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK and Ireland. No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise!
