Our Box Office team provides world class service to our customers, selling tickets through various channels and we are looking to recruit a Box Office Supervisor to join us on a full time basis (40 hours per week).

The Box Office Supervisor is a varied role with responsibility for the day to day operation of the venue’s Box Office, including our call centre, counter services and online communication channels.

The Box Office Supervisor will assist the Box Office Management team in the line management of a team of Team Leaders and Agents, ensuring excellent standards of customer care are offered at all times.

Proficient in the use of our ticketing, phone and online communication systems our Box Officer Supervisors must be able to resolve issues, escalate problems as required, and recommend development and improvement opportunities.

Overseeing the Box Office operation on event nights, Panthers games and onsale days, you will manage any issues that may arise and provide sales reports to management and promoters where appropriate.

You will monitor staffing levels and support the Box Office Management team in managing and updating the department rota, quickly reacting to changes in volumes of customer contact.

You will handle a range of customer service issues and will resolve customer feedback and complaints quickly and effectively.

You will take overall financial responsibility for floats and daily takings, ensuring these are secured at the end of the day and undertaking investigations into any discrepancies.

Box Office Supervisors will manage the fulfilment processes, ensuring tickets are printed and dispatched in a timely and accurate fashion and managing staffing resources to achieve this.

The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a similar environment and have experience of leading or mentoring a team. They will be an excellent communicator that is experienced in dealing with a range of customer service issues and confident in resolving customer complaints. Strong numeracy and IT skills and excellent attention to detail is essential. They will be organised and able to prioritise a varied workload. They will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to adapt to a changing environment.

Box Office Supervisors must be flexible in their working hours, being able to work regular evenings and weekends.
