National Merchandise, a division of the Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, work in some of Ireland's and the UK's biggest venues - 3 Arena Dublin, SSE Arena Belfast, the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, The O2 London, AO Manchester, OVO Hydro Glasgow, M&S Bank Liverpool,  to name a few.
In addition to the work we do in venues we also work with some of the biggest non-venue and festival organisers in the world bringing merchandise to music and entertainment fans at events that include Electric Picnic, Marlay Park, Malahide Castle, Download, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight, British Summer Time, Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Leeds & Reading festivals and many more.
 

We’re looking for Outdoor Festival Merchandise Assistants to join our Merchandise team to work at various festival venues within Dublin.

 

These locations will include, St Anne's Park, Fairview Park and Aviva Stadium.

 

The outdoor events will include the likes of - Inhaler, Macklemore and Stereophonics at St Anne's. Catfish and the Bottlemen, Kneecap and The Mary Wallopers at Fairview and Lions Rugby, Dua Lipa and Lana Del Ray at Aviva Stadium.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience.

 

If you take pride in your work, have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent customer service skills you could be who we are looking for.

 

It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be given.

 

You will be paid €13.50 per hour plus holiday pay and receive a €15 per day food allowance.

 

Due to the requirements of the location applicants must be over 18 years of old.
