Merchandise Assistants will receive £12.21 per hour (plus holiday pay)

£10 a day food allowance (for shifts in excess of 6 hours)

National Merchandise, a division of the Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, work with some of the biggest non-venue and festival organisers in the world bringing merchandise to music and entertainment fans at events that include Download, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight, British Summer Time, Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Electric Picnic, Leeds & Reading festivals and many more.

We are looking for Festival Merchandise Assistants to sell products at Bludfest 2025 – A Mammoth event being held at Milton Keynes Bowl on the 21st June 2025. Shift times for this event are likely to be approximately 10am-00:30am

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience. We sell a wide variety of merchandise for all levels and varieties of events to the general public, and this is another exciting event for us!

You will be working on a merchandise stall along side a team of people selling merchandise for all artists on the days event, responsible for sales to the general public and ensuring your work stations are kept tidy throughout the day.

If you take pride in your work, you’re happy to work long hours (always on your feet), have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent customer service skills you could be who we are looking for.

You must be available to work all day on Saturday 21st June 2025

Making your own way to the Milton Keynes bowl, you will be expected to be able to get and return home yourselves for this event.

Interviews will be held approximately between April 30th – 8th May and will be contacted via email and invited to a teams chat for the event. Due the number of applications received, we are unable to respond to all unsuccessful applications.

No previous experience is necessary as all training will be provided.
