The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is the biggest entertainment venue in the East Midlands. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, and sport and with a seating capacity of up to 10,000, we are one of the most versatile entertainment venues in the UK.
The National Ice Centre (NIC) sits within the same complex. Made famous by Olympic legends and Dancing on Ice stars, Torvill & Dean, the National Ice Centre is Nottingham’s hub for all things ice skating and ice hockey. We are the home of the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey team and host around 30 games a year.
2025 is a bumper year for our venue with us welcoming Peter Kay, Kylie, Strictly Come Dancing, Craig David, Mo Gilligan, Olly Murs, Diana Ross and the 50th Anniversary Tour of Torvill & Dean to name a few.
Whether our clients are looking for an exclusive bar, a delicious meal before the show with fantastic arena bowl seats, or their own suite for the event, our Hospitality team offer packages to make their visit an unforgettable experience.
Utilising our flexible hospitality spaces we offer experiences in Bar 1946, private executive suites, Spotlight bar & restaurant and The Green Room.
Reporting to the Hospitality Account Manager, the Hospitality Sales Co-ordinator will lead single event hospitality, converting sales and managing the pre-event and pre-order process within our hospitality areas in advance of the event to ensure smooth event night operation. In addition, they will work alongside the wider hospitality team on event nights whilst supporting our annual clients with their event requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role, including the development of high value leads over the phone and email.
A people person, they will have the ability to build strong relationships with the team, our customers and our key clients.
They will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with customer feedback and complaints in a positive manner.
With strong organisational skills, they will be able to manage their own workload, prioritising and managing their time effectively.
Flexibility is key, you will be asked to work additional hours on occasion, although we aim to provide prior notice of this. Your contracted may fall during the evenings, weekends or on bank holidays depending on the needs of the business.
