National Merchandise, a division of the Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, work with some of the biggest non-venue and festival organisers in the world bringing merchandise to music and entertainment fans at events that include Download, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight, British Summer Time, Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Electric Picnic, Leeds & Reading festivals and many more.

We are looking for Outdoor Festival Merchandise Assistants to set-up & work at Reading Festival. T-shirts, hats & tote bags will just be some of the items you will be selling to concertgoers!

This is a camping festival so you must be happy to camp on site (unless you are local) and you are responsible for making your own way to & from Reading. We can arrange staff parking if you drive your own vehicle.

It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be given.

Due to the requirements of the location, applicants must be over 18 years of old.

Dates Include-

Arrival – 26th August 2026

Working – 27th - 30th August 2026

Departing – 31st August 2026
