CAFE FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for outgoing and customer focused Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team working in our T&D's Café!

WHO WE ARE? 

We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, the arena hosts over 150 events and welcomes 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES?

  • Supervising & leading the café team
  • Preparing & serving hot & cold drinks
  • Preparing & serving food
  • Making sure all food & drink is prepared to company standards
  • Ensuring the delivery of great quality customer service
  • Cleaning, tidying & organising areas
  • Maintaining company & statuary health & safety and food hygiene regulations, and all reporting processes are followed
  • Ensuring stock is replenished, and merchandising is in place and in accordance with company standard
  • Ensuring cash handling policy is adhered to
  • Support the F&B Management team in developing and training new staff
  • Supporting the F&B Management team in any additional duties as requested

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Be comfortable & confident in dealing with customers
  • Friendly, polite & well presented
  • Team player, with good time management skills
  • Confidence in cash handling and the use of tills is an essential
  • Awareness of food & hygiene standards is an essential
  • Experience in a similar role would be essential
