National Merchandise, a division of the Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, work with some of the biggest non-venue and festival organisers in the world bringing merchandise to music and entertainment fans at events that include Download, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight, British Summer Time, Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Electric Picnic, Leeds & Reading festivals and many more.

 

We are looking for Festival Merchandise Assistants to sell products at Download XXIII, a mammoth rock event, held at the spiritual home of rock, Donington Park.

 

Download XXIII will host the likes of Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses, Linkin Park and more, and you can be part of the excitement.

 

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience.

 

If you take pride in your work, you’re happy to work long hours (always on your feet), have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent customer service skills you could be who we are looking for.

 

You must be available to work:

 

Wednesday 10th June 2026,

Thursday 11th June 2026,

Friday 12th June 2026,

Saturday 13th June 2026

and

Sunday 14th June 2026.

 

Making your own way to the Donington Park site, you will be expected to camp for the duration and provide your own camping equipment.

 

No previous experience is necessary as all training will be provided.
